The purpose of processing personal data is to communicate with customers, maintain customer relationships, marketing, etc.<\/p>\n

5. Content of the register<\/h3>\n

Data to be recorded in the register are: person's name, position, company \/ organization, contact information (phone number, e-mail address, address), website addresses, IP address of network connection, IDs \/ profiles in social media services, information on ordered services and their changes, billing information, others customer relationship and subscription services.<\/p>\n

6. Regular sources of information<\/h3>\n

The information to be recorded in the register is obtained from the customer. messages sent via web forms, via email, telephone, social media services, contracts, customer meetings, and other situations where the customer discloses their information.<\/p>\n

7. Regular disclosure of data and transfer of data outside the EU or the EEA<\/h3>\n

The information is not regularly disclosed to other parties. The information may be published to the extent agreed with the customer.<\/p>\n

8. Principles of Registry Security<\/h3>\n

The registry is handled with care and the information processed by the information systems is properly protected. Keeping registry information on Internet servers ensures that the hardware and digital security of their hardware is properly managed. The Controller ensures that the stored data, as well as server access rights and other information critical to the security of personal data, is treated confidentially and only by the employees whose job description it contains.<\/p>\n

9. Right of inspection and right to request the rectification of information<\/h3>\n

Every person in the register has the right to check the information stored in the register and to request the correction of any incorrect information or supplementation of incomplete information. If a person wants to check the information stored on him or her to claim correction, the request must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may ask the applicant, if necessary, to prove his \/ her identity. The controller is responsible to the customer within the timeframe provided for in the EU Data Protection Regulation (as a rule within one month).<\/p>\n

10. Other rights related to the processing of personal data<\/h3>\n

The person in the register has the right to request that the personal data concerning him \/ her be removed from the register ("the right to be forgotten"). Likewise, the registered have others Rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation<\/a>\u00a0such as limiting the processing of personal data in certain situations. Requests must be sent in writing to the controller. The controller may ask the applicant, if necessary, to prove his \/ her identity. The controller is responsible to the customer within the timeframe provided for in the EU Data Protection Regulation (as a rule within one month).<\/p>\n

Rekisteriin tallennettavia tietoja ovat: henkil\u00f6n nimi, asema, yritys\/organisaatio, yhteystiedot (puhelinnumero, s\u00e4hk\u00f6postiosoite, osoite), www-sivustojen osoitteet, verkkoyhteyden IP-osoite, tunnukset\/profiilit sosiaalisen median palveluissa, tiedot tilatuista palveluista ja niiden muutoksista, laskutustiedot, muut asiakassuhteeseen ja tilattuihin palveluihin liittyv\u00e4t tiedot.<\/p>

6. S\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6nmukaiset tietol\u00e4hteet<\/h3>

Rekisteriin tallennettavat tiedot saadaan asiakkaalta mm. www-lomakkeilla l\u00e4hetetyist\u00e4 viesteist\u00e4, s\u00e4hk\u00f6postitse, puhelimitse, sosiaalisen median palvelujen kautta, sopimuksista, asiakastapaamisista ja muista tilanteista, joissa asiakas luovuttaa tietojaan.<\/p>

7. Tietojen s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6nmukaiset luovutukset ja tietojen siirto EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle<\/h3>

Tietoja ei luovuteta s\u00e4\u00e4nn\u00f6nmukaisesti muille tahoille. Tietoja voidaan julkaista silt\u00e4 osin kuin niin on sovittu asiakkaan kanssa.<\/p>

8. Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet<\/h3>

Rekisterin k\u00e4sittelyss\u00e4 noudatetaan huolellisuutta ja tietoj\u00e4rjestelmien avulla k\u00e4sitelt\u00e4v\u00e4t tiedot suojataan asianmukaisesti. Kun rekisteritietoja s\u00e4ilytet\u00e4\u00e4n Internet-palvelimilla, niiden laitteiston fyysisest\u00e4 ja digitaalisesta tietoturvasta huolehditaan asiaankuuluvasti.
